Does NEONLY ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to all countries in the world.

Do I need to pay taxes and customs?

No. We hand-make and fulfill our orders locally from Europe, or the USA, which means there will be no customs duties to be paid.

When will my order be shipped?

As all our products are hand-made in the USA and Europe, our delivery times vary by the complexity of the ordered product, and the delivery location. We guarantee a dispatch time of 5-15 business days from the date of the order.

How do I hang my NEONLY art piece on the wall?

All our products come with two, three or four mounting holes in the backing. We recommend adding a set of NEONLY Floating Mounts to your order, which fit these holes perfectly, and give your NEON an awesome floating effect on the wall. Search for "NEONLY Floating Mounts" on our website! Alternatively, it is absolutely possible to use your own mounts, such as nails or adhesive sticks.

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?

If your item(s) arrive in a damaged condition when unboxing, we will send you new ones free of charge. Send us an email to info@neonly.co and our helpful team will assist you.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once you have informed us of your request via our contact form, you'll need to send the items back to us on your own cost, in the same condition as when received, accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.
